Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 14 days from the date of order. The merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered, with tickets intact, and be accompanied by the invoice. Items washed, dry cleaned, torn, odoriferous, streaked, stained, etc are not refundable.
Slashed items with Sale prices indicated in RED can only be exchanged. All exchanges have to be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note, however, seasonal, clearance, jewelry, perfumes, accessories, swimwear, undergarments, consignment items are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Important Note: 1. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 2. You are responsible for return shipping. 3. Allow 30 days for refund credit to be posted. 4. We will not accept unauthorized returns (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS), all unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. 5. There will be a 25% restocking fee on refunds. (If applicable you will be notified) 6. Items returned after the allocated return time will not be processed and returned to sender. 7. We always recommend that you send your return back via priority mail with insurance to avoid the possibility of loss during shipping. 9. If there is a balance due to price difference, you will be billed and your exchange will only go out after payment has been received. 7.
